Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Complimentary shipping on all orders over EGP 2000.

Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges.

Exchange Policy

Exchanged items must comply with the following conditions:

• ✦ Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
• ✦ Original full packaging must be included in the same condition as received.
• ✦ Exchanges must be requested within 72 hours after receiving your order.
• ✦ Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• ✦ Any exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
